Reception hours:

We aim to answer our telephone between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

If the line is busy please leave us a message with your name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible, the physiotherapist may be with a client and unable to answer the phone.

Physiotherapy Treatment Prices

• Physio Initial assessment – 60 mins: £60
• Follow-up appointment – 30 mins: £45
• Follow-up appointment – 45 mins: £55
• Follow-up appointment – 60 mins: £60
• Soft Tissue Therapy Massage – 30 mins: £40 | 45 mins: £45 | 60 mins: £50
• Prenatal Massage – 60 mins: £50
• Shockwave (ESWT) – per session: £55
• Home Visits – per session: starting from £75 – depending on area/travel time.

Pilates Classes Prices

• Face to face classes at Ashtorre Rock, Saltash – £9.50 /session
• Zoom classes – £5.50/ per session

Pilates classes are booked in 10 week terms – however you can join in part way through the term if there are spaces available. Please feel free to email us to check.
